Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where:
- A technical error resulted in double payment
- The course content is technically inaccessible due to platform issues
- The request is made within 24 hours of purchase and 0% of the paid content has been consumed
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not issue refunds if:
- You have consumed any portion of the paid content (tests, notes, or videos)
- You placed the order by mistake but have already accessed the course
- You simply changed your mind after purchasing
- The purchase is older than 24 hours
